Rates include vehicle, chauffeur, insurance, fuel cost, parking fees, toll and ERP charges.
For airport arrival, maximum waiting time is 45 minutes from flight landing time. Thereafter, an additional one way arrival transfer will be imposed.
For any transfers, other than airport arrivals, the maximum waiting grace period is 20 minutes. Thereafter, an additional one way transfer will be imposed.
"Extra Stop" defines as any additional stops which are within the 2KMs of the pick up/drop-off radius. Any locations which are more than or outside the 2KMs radius, even along the same direction of destination will be classified as additional one-way transfer.
For hourly booking, minimum booking as follows:
– Luxury Fleet - minimum booking is 3 hours.
– Coach Fleet - minimum booking is 4 hours.
For Peak Period : (e.g. Christmas 24th-26th Dec; New Year's Eve 31st, 1st Jan; Chinese New Year 1st-3rd day of Lunar New Year Month; Communic Asia), there will be a 25% surcharge on top of published rates.
For Super Peak Period : (e.g. Singapore F1 period & Singapore Airshow and any gazetted national event) there will be a 50% surcharge from the week leading to the actual event or upon notification.
Rates exclude admission & headcount charges to Sentosa Island, unless the hotel/merchant confirmation letter for waiver of entry fee is provided. Otherwise, any fees imposed by Sentosa, Universal Studio or any other Theme Parks shall be borne by the customer or guest.
For all coaches (13-seater, 23-seater & 44-seater), out of city surcharge $25 for locations going to or pick up from Woodlands, Jurong or Tuas.
Any cancellation between 6 hours to 12 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the total minimum will be imposed.
Any amendment and cancellation of less than 6 hours notice, the full rate of the total will be imposed.
For hourly booking to Malaysia, minimum booking is 4 hours for Johor Bahru, 6 hours for Malaka and 10 hours for Kuala Lumpur or Kuantan.
Chauffeur drive into Malaysia for more than 12 hours (roundtrip), a fixed fee of S$180 is chargeable for chauffeur's lodging and meals.
For Meet & Greet Service Table, the rates apply if the Concierge Desk does not book any limousine/coach.
Rates are subjected to the government goods and services tax.
DTS reserves the right to revise the agreed rate without prior notice.
